I was interested in studying the Bible too. I found a class that was offered at a nearby university and registered for it. It gave me the push I needed to start reading the Bible as well as insight on selected readings.

There are a lot of Bible schools and ministries that have free online Bible study courses. Check in google to find some of them

Take a bible study class at your church. You can also go to a christian book store and see if the have any bible study books.

Simply put
Read it
If your new to the bible I would get a New International Version (NIV)
or a New King James version (NKJV)
Those are easy to follow translations, and I would also recommend starting off with atleast one of the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) and movings to Romans, Proverbs or Acts.

not to be a smark aleck but you could start by reading it. you could go online or to christian book stores n find workbooks, go back to church or join a bible study group.
