Isn't orange roughy a kind of fish? What would you like with your fish? Fries and ketchup...an maybe a bit of coleslaw.

I've never had the opportunity to try it. I would have to say a cold beer goes with it. Cold beer goes with usually everything. As a matter of fact.......it is almost noon. You're hard at work doing it is whatever you do. I'll have for you too. Otay spanky?
