I don't like to encourage piracy but if mathcad still costs what it cost when i was a student, then the prices are criminal.

I saw mathcad 12, with matlab for download on bearshare. be careful as bearshare contains a very mild spyware app, which only functions if you use Internet explorer ( i think).

Also be careful of downloading small files (less than 2MB as they are probably trojans). Also get one with many sources and check the bitzi ticket first

http://www.bearshare.com ( After downloading and installing change type to applications/archives) and search mathCad, Should be between 400 and 500 MB.

Remember don't download anything smaller than 2 MB from the archive section, this will lessen your chance of downlaoding a fake. And check the bitzi.

Use it only for educational or trial purposes only, as it is illegal to download it in this manner, but no one is going to arrest you some time soon.

I can suggest going to limewire.com and getting the free version of their file sharing program. It is illegal to misuse any files you download from there. they will also want you to share some files with them. (music, etc..) If you can't find it your first time there then try again later, there has to be somone online with the software. You might get a trial version or you might get the real thing...good luck

No, but you can download a demo that will work for 30 days, but will have save & print disabled (you can still do a screen cap).
