First thing is the body type.Not too thin not too thick.Then the face..eyes,hair,smile. Then the butt. Once all that is good...the personality and yes confidence is important. A little bit of chest hair.Some nice abs. And most importantly is what is in his heart.An ugly man on the outside isn't so ugly if he has a good heart.

But if you are asking physically... Eyes. (definitely the window to the soul)
But like everything else, it is mostly a person's on preference as to what is most attractive.

to me it would be his smile and eyes but other people look at their body that is nice to have a good bod but the eyes are what you should look at because they show the emotion whether he is happy or sad or even ready to make a commitment

to me the most attractive thing about a guy is how he acts,how he treats me,how he makes me feel.if i feel wonderful and happy and alive when i am around him he is irresistible.
