I would like to lose weight for my sisters wedding, which is early next year. But i want to lose it fast, cause i'm getting fitted for my dress (im one of the bridesmaids) in a couple of months, and if i keep losing it gradually, i'll have to keep bringing the dress back for adjustments. I'm not overweight, im 5'3 and i weigh 62 kilo's. Its just that the dress is going to be tight and i wanna lose weight around my hips and stomach.. anyone know how i can do this fast?

Not possible to lose 15 pounds by then. You could probably lose around 5 pounds in that amount of time, depending on your dedication and how hard to work when you exercise. Best things I can suggest is to make sure your meals are mostly healthy, lean sources of protein, low-fat dairies (for the calcium, though there are other supplements for that because most dairy is sorta fattening), fruits (but not too many because they are full of sugar) and lots and lots of vegetables, especially green ones. If you eat bread products, make sure they're whole wheat. Don't eat any less than 1200 - 1500 calories a day. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day, and try some natural green tea (with no sugar). Eliminate all junk food. No chips, crackers, cookies. Nothing. Add more exercise, too. Figure skating is your normal routine, your body is used to it, so it won't help lose a lot of weight. Try adding 30 - 45 minutes of extra cardio to that for 6 days a week. Anything that makes you sweat and leaves you breathless. And do strength for one or two days week to build muscle, which will help burn fat and give you a leaner physique. Good luck!

When you eat, use a smaller plate, but fill it up. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, and go for walks daily. Do not eat 3 hours before you go to bed for the night. Ware black clothing for the wedding cause black, makes you look thinner! :) Good Luck
