Romance languages are great. The reason why I say this is because if you know one, it makes it SO much easier to learn the others. Plus our language has a lot of Latin roots to it and you can easily figure out a Romance rooted word if you know the stem or something like that. I personally know Spanish and English and although it is different, it tends to make a LOT more sense than English (you just have too get used to it). And from my Spanish knowledge, Italian has become easier for me to understand as well as French (which is a bit harder for me) and even Portuguese. So that's my answer: any romance language

I speak Portuguese, Spanish, French and English. I am trying to learn Italian and Romanian...I love languages..they're so beautiful and I love not coming off ignorant which is what most people abroad think of Americans...

I speak English, Italian (my wife is Italian), French (student days), Spanish (we lived in New York!), Chinese (worked in Beijing) and I am just about getting my head around speaking Japanese. The easiest is French, I think, once you unsderstand the way the rules work. (Too many exceptions in English). And the most beautiful is Spanish, I feel. So expressive and full of colour.

I love french because is a wonderful, melodious language, I find it easy to learn even if most of the people hate it. I started speaking french 10 years ago and from that moment on she become my favorite. For me french is the language of love, it is the native language of my boyfriend.

English is the language that i like the most even though i'm not so good in that language. Why i like that language?It because it's international language and we needs it as a mode of communication with people no matter in what field.

I like English,never mind that;s not my mother tongue.It enables me to communicate and live,feeling part of the world.I ADORE ITALIAN LANGUAGE,WHICH I SPEAK AND ENJOY..! It's very expressive and really passionate language..I would like to knowmore languages,up to now I have a good command of four,I even "challenging" myself with self-learning of Arabic..
