Getting her neutered may help, and in the long run is beneficial to both the cat and you. And, the world does not need more cats, the shelters are overfowing with them.
But to answer your question, have her checked for a bladder infection. Bladder infections can cause a normally litter box trained cat to urinate other places.
Once the cause of her misbehavior has been treated, be sure to clean the places she has peed with an enzyme based urine remover. If she has urinated on a carpeted area, you have to really soak the area, since the urine will have gone through the carpet to the padding, and even to the flooring under it. If she can smell it (and she can still smell what you can not), she'll likely go there again.
Don't listen to people who tell you to get rid of her. That's not what cat lovers do. Find out what's causing her problem, treat her, and love her. Cats are great companions and well worth taking care of.
Good luck!

Last year my beautiful Manx cat Theodore went out for the evening and never came back. I love cats and the house didn't feel the same without one, so I picked up Lola from a rescue centre. She was very frightened and would pee all over the house. I found Cat Spraying No More on the internet and the techniques worked almost immediately. I haven't had a problem with Lola since. Amazing!
Can't stop your cat peeing in the house? Then worry no more...

Spay her at once!!! If you need help paying for it contact Animal Control or the SPCA they have programs that will help.
You have to remove all the stains (smells) from previous accidents. Use Urine-off (availible on the internet) or Natures Miracle. Cover spots with aluminum foil, cats don't like walking on it. Confine the cat to a bathroom when you can't watch her. Squirt her with a squirt bottle whenever you catch her going outside her box. Good Luck

You can actually purchase a sort of cat repellent. Apparently it smells incredibly offensive to cats, however we can't pick up on it. My cat seems to avoid it. Keep her little box super clean and accessible. It might not hurt to start with a new one if there have been questionable little cleaning practices in the past. Finally take her in for a routine check up and discuss this wilt he vet. She may have a UTI or even diabetes.

First, try changing the litter.
If not, start observing her urine after she pees somewhere she's not supposed to. Is it pinkish, tinged with blood?
Whether it is or not, the next step would be to take her to your vet, and rule out any urinary tract problems.
Then, whether it is behavorial or due to her health, put one capful of WHITE vinegar to a whole spray bottle full of warm water, and spray on the spots she's gone, and scrub it in.
The vinegar repells the cat from going there again.
And yes, it does work...with cats, AND dogs.
I HAD 9 cats at once, and now have 4. My house was approved to adopt children with 9 cats in it, all inside...so yeah...it works. :-D

you should probably wash the smell of her urine off of whatever she's peed on, then spray something with a strong smell to cover the "pee smell" up. This is because animals usually do go back to where they have previously peed to pee again.

Make sure her litter tray is kept extra clean, cats don't like it if it isn't.
