every time you see him, smile and say "hi"
when you are talking look into his eyes while you're talking (if you dont like doing that look at the space directly between both of his eyes)
eventually, ask him out on a date.

You need to do something to get a little alone time to investigate things. Ask to help you carry something to your car then tell him he's your night in shing armor, find out the type of music he likes and ask him if he'd like to go to the group with you, or even leave secret admirer notes for him hinting at who you are. All these, have worked on me.

look at him a lot, not totally staring but make sure he notices that you are glancing at him regularly and smiling. play with your hair, twisting it and twirling it, if you have a pony tail flip it around a little so he can see how beautiful it is. and when you leave if he says goodbye, look back. they say if the woman looks back when she is leaving that she really likes you.....try it. can't hurt, and it's quite subtle. always smell nice too, he'll remember the fragrance. plus you could leave an article of clothing you've worn or slept in. put it in his car or apartment, you know something like a nice top that has your scent....game hunters do this to attract animals, and though it's kind of sneaky, it's true that we are not too far removed from our animal ancestry. hey all's fair in love and war they say. use what nature gave you;)

talk about what you like/love, ask the person you're talking to about his/her likes and dislikes.talk about current news.you could even try a bit of gossip.talk about your job and his/her job.recent movies/tv shows or books you've read lately.just ease your mind of any kind of tension and continue a flow of talk about anything that comes to your mind.dont feel shy or back out easily
Ask questions! You can ask a date anything. What do they do in their free time, what is their favorite food, music? Have they taken any interesting vacations, do they have any pets.
Don't worry about it! It's easy, just talk about things going on now, or ask what they have plans on doing in the near future, or ask what they like, or if there having fun. Don't necessarily talk about u to much ask them to.
You are talking about a date right?? you should probably write some answers down.
I can sympathize with you. I used to be like that. Best thing to do is relax. Talk about anything, it really doesn't matter, just don't start babbling. If you're with a girl you like, talk about a movie you liked, an interesting book you've read, something funny you heard. Look at her, don't stare. Compliment her on something you like about her. Be subtle, but sincere. Ask open ended questions and let her answer them, but really listen to what she's saying also. You can feed off of each others Q&A's. Don't worry, just be yourself and when you're with the right girl, things will just flow naturally. If you run out of things to say, gently take her hand and ask if she wouldn't mind going for a walk or something. Let your sense of sight, smell, touch, and sound guide you making small talk. If a girls see's that you are at least trying to hold a conversation, many times they will do what they can to help the conversation flow. Before you with someone you're interested in, I used to find it helpful to practice having a conversation before I meet up with her. Although not spontaneous, it does help you build up some confidence. Smile and look at her eyes, this will show that you also care. Good luck to you.

Find out what kind of coffee/tea he enjoys--surprise him one day with his favorite cup of joe (or whatever) and talk it up for a few minutes while sipping on some tea (or joe). Hope this helps.
