It's probably going to be a woman! :) But whatever or whoever, it is probably someone who won't be popular until they die as so many will disregard an individual like that during her life. She will not be socially popular, not necessarily physically beautiful and may not have much money...all the characteristics of people the masses think are the best.
What do I think, I think the "holiest" person will be someone who is true to herself. In short, she will also be the happiest person!

No man is holy.
Holy means exalted or worthy of complete devotion as one perfect in goodness and righteousness
No man is, an the only "man" that ever was, was Jesus Christ but he was true man and true God.
So therefore no one deserves this title
