Need to keep your skin clean, and change sweaty clothes ASAP. Chafed skin invites the infection, then comes the prickly heat. Don't let your clothes rub on your skin, find clothes that wick moisture away. Special sport clothes can be pricey, but if your problem keeps recurring, it might be worth it.

Get out of the heat and take a bath with oatmeal (Aveeno). Then put lotion on after you get dried off. Try to cool down and drink some water.

Buy and antifungal cream to use when you have and outbreak. The rash is caused from a fungus.
