It sounds like distant relation to me. You need to be more specific. I had a boyfriend once whose father married my grandmother, making him my step uncle. If this guy is really a b/f and not just an older uncle or something who is sexually abusing you, then I don't see a problem as long as it is distant or step relation. It would help if I knew the exact relation and age ratios. This guy is related to your grandmother somehow. If he is your grandmother's brother or sister's kid that is distant enough. Royalty married family all the time, had to keep the blood pure. Good Luck.
