yea, i think if you really feel for him, you should feel very happy. Somebody calling you at 3 am could possibly mean: somebody cant sleep with the thought of you, somebody has insomnia and its killing him so he calls you just to reassure his feelings (altho i dont know what f*uck for), somebody has to wake really early and the first thing he thinks of is you, somebody just wakes up in the middle of the night and just felt like telling you he loves you, somebody is in another part of the world and he forgets that its 3 am in your side so just called you anyway in the middle of his back-breaking job....
If it were my boss or somebody who called me at 3 am in the morning to tell me something less important than my sleep, I would be pissed. But if its your other half telling you he loves you, you should be crying in hapiness even if its at 3 am in the morning and you'll know you'll have eyebags tomorrow.
