I believe Esau is considered to be the first rapist. He was a man of the field - he lay in the field waiting for girls to walk by that he could rape.
But that is midrashic commentary (see Sefer haYashar and other sources) - you can't definatively prove this from Scripture alone.
Some have tried to say that Noah was raped by Ham, but the midrash doesn't say that this was rape, but rather than Ham castrated Noah to insure that there would be no more brothers to split the inheritance with.

I'd add, however, that the rapist you're refering to never really existed, and was just a fictional character.
