b/c i hate being small HELP ME OUT PLZ!!!!!!!!!

You will have to get a steady diet going by eating right and exercising in moderation. My best advice is to go to the gym or have a total body workout every other day of the week (3-4 days). Now you will have to have a relatively high protein diet when you do work out to build those muscles instead of fat. For every pound you weigh, eat 1 gram of protein. (Ex: for 150 lb person, they should eat 150 g of protein) Just eat more meat, cheese and milk. Also eat more than 2000 calories a day. Using this technique I've gained 10 lbs since march.
