-To be able to make a certain amount of money and manage it well (This could range from $30,000 - $150,000 a year or more...depending on the woman)
-To listen to her, usually without problem-solving for her
-To "take control" at least some of the time
-To have a minimal amount of negative bachelor habits/selfishness
-To properly manage her menstrual cycle with her

This is just the beginning...

Once you're at this point, you're going to get more attention from females, no doubt. The things you listed are the "baseline" for a good man. Now then, let's re-assess your motivation shall we?

The things you listed are great qualities in a man, but you're basing that on a woman's perspective. Don't bother trying to determine what a woman's perspective is. I know that sounds harsh, but I'm not kidding. Don't be concerned with what women think of you or whether you have the "right" qualities for them. You have the right qualities for YOU.

Once you start jumping through hoops trying to please a woman, she will lose all respect for you. She WILL leave you when you start framing your life around her whims and desires.

Be funny and intelligent, a good personality and mind will serve you well throughout your entire life, no matter who it is you're sharing it with.

Be attractive and well groomed. Always present yourself to the world as an ambassador of your own little world. Besides, it feels good to look good.

Be self reliant. The reasons are self evident.

Be strong in your convictions. If you can commit to your endeavors, you show the strength to survive many a storm.

Be romantic, be sweet, be kind. When you care for someone, show them. Just don't become the proverbial "puppy dog".

Make that money boy. I make a hell of a lot of it, and it's worth all the effort.

Of course you should listen to the problems of those you care about. That's what friends are for.

If you've done everything on your list, you've definitely taken control. Always be in control of YOUR life as much as you can.

Negative bachelor habits and selfishness? I have no idea what this refers to. If you like sitting on your butt playing Xbox, go right ahead.

Don't even bother trying to "manage her menstrual cycle". It's not your body, how the heck can you hope to manage it? Besides, the only thing you need to know about it is her specific cycle. You should know when she's most fertile, but most likely, she's going to let you know anyway.

In short. Be a man, not a servant. Take care of yourself in all of these ways, and women will be attracted. Just don't behave as if you're doing it for any specific woman...she won't respect you and she won't love you.

But just because you are doing them (if you are?) it doesn't mean you'll make every woman happy.
I think that its mostly about how you make her feel. Chemistry is something that cannot be denied nor falsified.
