I am in the same situation right now and I've found it helps to only eat when I am actually hungry....like when my stomach hurts and/ or growls! LOL It doesn't even matter so much WHAT you eat, if you eat more than you burn it WILL turn to fat! There's just no way around that fact.

so..... sit ups, walking, more sit ups, try to eat healthier (or reduce your portion sizes at least), more sit ups, more walking, more sit ups. It will be hard work, but you can do it!! Good luck!

There's no food to help u tone up. There are food however, that help u loose weight. Protein is the best to gain muscle. If you can't eat a lot of meat a day drink a protein shake. To tone your stomach you should do crunches. Focus on that, when you wake up....do 50. When you get home in the evening do another 50 and whenever you can in between. They are the best for the stomach before you know it you'll start getting the abs. You can keep eating what you do just less. Steer free from the carbs for a little while. Carbs turn into sugars...sugars turn into fat...fat isn't good when you are trying to buff up. Good luck.

I had your prob I hated my stomach so what I did is; you lay on your side so that your lets say left arm is supporting you and you do legs lifts. I do 20 leg lifts, then I switch over to do the other leg. It forces you to hold in your stomach cause you are using your ab muscles. Eventually you'll get a toned stomach. As far as eating healthy, stay away from fast food, that is the most dangerous junk food you can eat. High in fat and salt. Always eat fruits and veggies and other food anything is better than fast food.

Sometimes, it's just your genetic make-up. My whole life I've eaten very healthy, and I'm an Athlete, swim, bike, run, pilates, baseball, hiking etc. all on a regular basis and I have always had a bit of extra fat on my stomach that will not go away. Pilates and running I find is the best for keeping the mid-section toned.

you do need to eat healthy and just do some stomach crunched and other workouts that that targets your abdomen. stay away from sodas and McDonalds and eat more fruits and vegetables. you can go on a rabbit food diet (salads) but a word to the wise, iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value. Eat red leaf lettuce and spinach leaves. good luck and try this and try to let me know if this helps you any

Just do some sit ups every night before you go to bed, and it makes you firm in 3-4 months. Every night set yourself a target and gradually make it higher. Laughing helps too!

Set your personal machine alarm to ring hourly—stand way up for 1 to 5 minutes each and every time it goes off.
