I love my boyfriend with all my heart... i recently (15 weeks ago) found out I was pregnant, and although it was unexpected, he has been so good! He has taken on full cat duties, encourages me to eat what i want and not stress about weight gain, pitied me whilst i was sick, pat my head when I've had headaches, put up with my crazy emotions etc etc.
I want to do something to really let him know that I think he is wonderful and how valuable his support has been... But have no idea - Help!

Well it's father's day (and Im guessing he's the father?). Do something special for fathers day! Hopefully you will be able to express to him the journey you both are about to venture upon and show him how you appreciate him.

I get my boyfriend this way all the time.. and for some small reason, it seems to make him feel a bit better.... When I know he's about to walk in the door from work, I'll be on the phone with a friend of mine bragging about all that he does for me, all the while pretending that I didn't hear him walk through the door or into whatever room I'm in. It's such a small way, but for me it works, considering that he works and has done whatever is needed for me in my stages of pregnancy. I also try to give him whatever space he needs, because you must still consider that men know only what we can tell them about pregnancy. I know this is nothing fabulous, but the little things you'll do for him during this time will really add up for after the baby comes.

When you love someone, you should never ever give up on them. You should be always constantly trying to make them happy. I don't really think it is about doing something BIG and SPECIAL. I think the little things are the things that mattered the most. My boyfriend and I have been together for about 2 and a half years, give or take. But he broke up w/ me b/c he felt unappreciated. We later on eventually got back together just recently. But I now always do little things for him to let him know how much he means to me. Like, occasionally I might buy him a greeting card. Or I might pick him up a little something, something that I know he's wanted. Sometimes I might write him a little love note, or send him an e-mail of a song that reminds me of him. I just always do little things to make him feel special. For our one year anniversary, I came up w/ 365 different reasons why I loved him, a different reason for each day we were together. And I then blew up 365 balloons and put a different reason in each balloon. So I do big stuff when necessary.

The most romantic thing that my husband ever did for me when we were dating was that he made a special dinner for me and took me to a park to eat this specially prepared dinner for me along side a small stream after I got off of work.
Pay attention to him when he talks to you and you'll think of something that will be special to him. Maybe just a card or balloons.

Remember Dad is going through a lot of emotions himself and to just reciprocate what he does to you is surly a blessed gesture. Congratulations and the best for both of you.

Tell him --- Every day and twice on Sundays, the power of words is amazing when the sentiment is true.
