If you have pierced ears they are scar tissue. Since they hurt, they might be getting infected. Pay attention to what type of metal your earrings are made of, you might be allergic to some metals. Especially if you only hurt after wearing certain pairs. If you don't have pierced ears, then I don't know.

I think I know what you mean. Have you ever had your ears pierced and let the holes close up? Sometimes they don't close up properly and dirt etc gets in there and causes a mild infection a little like a spot on the face. I have this sometimes and the only way I can clear it is by gently squeezing the 'hole' and keeping it clean with salt water. However if it's not 'closed holes' from piercings or it gets painful please seek the advice of a qualified doctor.

Oh i have them sometimes too and sometimes they hurt a lot when i touch them. I think they are pimples, except its on the earlobes. Er i am also not sure, but for me they usually go away after i burst them or wait a few days.

Um... you need to see a doctor. There are no "little balls" inside earlobes.

That is cartilage. Everyone has it, and you do not need to see a DR. Don't listen to that dimwit.
