HELP!!Nero can't understand my language!!?

HELP!!Nero can't understand my language!!, when i try to open a file it gives me a message:

"the following file/folder cannot be accessed from the specified path"

what can i do???

please help!!

you can use language pack of nero but the easiest way to solve it make it a zip file with english name and you can add it and burn it

Re-install Nero.
