Just right click on your Internet Explorer icon on your desktop. A new window pops up.
Select the last one. ( properties )
A new window comes up.
Here next to Address there a bar, change it what is already written there to whatever you want. ( like: www.yahoo.com )
Press Ok.

You should be done.

open windows explorer >> View >> toolbars

from there uncheck the option of the toolbar u wanna remove. If that also does not help then install a good antispyware program like norton antivirus 2006 , mcafee antispyware. may be that helps to remove that spam.

Don't bother with the company, they don't want you removing their software.
