There are many advantages. You know that they are fighters. They had to overcome a lot more to be competing with native English speakers for one. It also takes special brain skills to speak more than one language, to adapt to a foreign environment. You will yourself be exposed to more of the rest of the world. And you might have clients who have the same background.

there isnt any advantages because we (ameriacans) practically have to learn another languages to be albe to understand what people say so i dont think there is any advantages because foreign people are kicking us out of our jobs
