Yeah, I used to work ina daycare center and little kids had that all the time when they had a cold. Somehow the cold can actually spread to your eye. It's uncomfortable but it goes away when the rest of the cold does!

Every child has diffrent simptoms but yes they can get a cold in their eyes ask the doctor about it he may can give you a script for eyedrops...

Yes especially if they have alergies. Toddlers and babies typically rub their eyes a lot when they get colds in my experience.
