Not in my experience. Taking a multi-vitamin regularly, however, may help prevent sickness altogether. Good luck. (If youre sick try "Zicam" in the first 48 hours of a cold. It really does help you feel better faster.)

Take anti-biotics when u r sick, it will help in getting well soon.
When u fall ill, the body metabolism also weakens. So, dont put too much load of medicines on ur body.
You can try multi-V's after getting well.
Better still, eat natural foods which can provide u with essential nutrients.
