How to attract a woman of my age?

Question

Up to now I have only dated women younger than me for two reasons.
1: Because I look young than my 32 years and older women seem to see me as too young.
2: The places where I meet people are the places where younger women go to.
But the problem seems to be that these younger women are not looking for anything more than sex.

So where can I meet single attractive late 20s - early 30s who have aspirations? Only thing I won't do is try at work because when your private life mingled with work it spells trouble.

Any suggestions about where to start looking?

But finding a woman your own age outside of work isn't too hard but it really depends on what kind of girl you're trying to attract.
