I am from the Philippines. All I can afford to provide the Canada Embassy are my passport and some minor documents (no lot titles and bank accounts) though my fiance is willing to shoulder trip expenses, fees, board and lodging, etc. I and my fiance are despirate. PLEASE HELP US. We tried many options already. We want to be together for life very soon as this distance is eating at us. This question is sent out of despiration. Thank you very much. God bless you.

a passport and visa will get you into the country. as for what it would take to allow you to stay, that - I'm afraid - is up to the vagaries of the immigration dept.

You don't need money to enter the country. All you need are the legal documents they ask for and that is usually a passport. If you are asking for money, I suggest you earn it.
