Sounds like a bladder infection or an infection of the urethra [Cystitis], see a doctor who will give you some medication to clear it up.
Don't worry it is common to have, my sister used to get it all the time.
Symptoms can be all or some of these:
Pressure in the lower pelvis
Pain or burning with urination [you mentioned]
Frequent or urgent need to urinate
Need to urinate at night
Cloudy urine
Blood in the urine [you mentioned]
Foul or strong urine odor
I am sure some here will love to give you horror diagnostics of terrible diseases or injury but lets look at the likely cause.

It's posible you have what my children often get: Diaper rash... of sorts...
Get yourself a tube of Desitin, and apply a nice - not thick - coat over the sore area... Give it a couple days, if it hasn't started feeling better - go see your doctor or gyno or ob-gyn
Good luck!
Everyone, please note: NOT ALL STINGING DOWN IN THAT AREA IS A YEAST INFECTION!!!! JESUS!
If you have long nails you can scratch yourself by accident! If you go to "itch that itch" and scratch too long or too hard, you can give yourself a "raw spot".
What is a vaginal yeast infection?
A vaginal yeast infection is an excess growth of yeast cells in the vagina. Yeast infections are very common in women of childbearing age but can occur at any age. Although they can be uncomfortable, vaginal yeast infections rarely lead to serious health problems.
What causes a vaginal yeast infection?
A healthy vagina normally contains many bacteria and small numbers of yeast cells. The most common bacteria found in the vagina, Lactobacillus acidophilus, help prevent other organisms, such as yeast, from growing in excess and causing an infection. About 70% to 90% of yeast infections are caused by a strain of yeast called Candida albicans. 1, 2
When there is a change in the normal balance of organisms in the vagina, yeast can overgrow, causing symptoms. This imbalance can be caused by many factors, including use of broad-spectrum antibiotics for other conditions, high estrogen levels (as during pregnancy or hormone replacement therapy), or certain medical conditions, such as diabetes or HIV infection.
What are the symptoms?
The most common symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection are:
~ Vaginal itching.
~ Irritated genital skin.
~ Pain or burning in the genital area with urination or sexual intercourse.
~ In some cases, white vaginal discharge that is usually curdlike and odorless. Some women have no noticeable discharge.
~ Symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection are more likely to occur during the week before a menstrual period.

It sounds like you have a yeast infection. You need to get some medication at the drugstore. They have it over the counter.

If there was nothing found in the ultra sound then it could be a kidney or bladder problem... i'm surprised they didn't do blood tests.
