My boyfriend and I were talking about are relationship and he told me why I don't trust him. It is kind of hard to trust someone when I have been with like 6 guys, but never trust them either. So what do I do.

You don't do anything, If you feel that you can't trust the person you are with then stick to that until YOU feel that you can give him your trust.
You need to follow your feelings not what someone else wants you to do...

Stop bringing the past into this relationship. Trust is built one step at a time. You probably don't trust right now, but that does not mean it can't happen with this relationship. Practice letting go of your own fears and making your partner first in your life.

Why does being with only 6 guys have anything to do with trust? If they all have cheated on you and this is why you do not trust your current bf then maybe you need to ask yourself the question why are they cheating on me? Is it something you are doing or saying? Trust is earned not just given that is human nature I believe. Maybe it is not your bf but you. Sorry!

I think that trust is a matter of trusting YOURSELF. What I mean is that you have to firstly trust that you have made a good decision on who you are with and secondly, if you havent, you are going to be smart enough to make a decision if/when that time comes to get out of it. Thirdly, you have to trust that you will learn from that and not make the same mistakes twice.

Are you trustworthy yourself? Often, people that cannot be trusted, are unable to trust. If that is not the case then maybe you need to get to know your boyfriend better. The better you know someone, the better you will be able to tell how that person acts and reacts and that is where you begin to build trust.

Well it looks that you are lacking confidence in your self. You need to remember that you are beautiful and intelligent. If your better half is going to cheat on you is not because you are ugly or something like that he is just a cheater... trust is a thing that happens over time.if you have trust issues though and have not been able 2 trust anyone then I would seek counceling they could help u work out those issues.

Maybe just because you didn't trust them that they all left? It's give and take, you know, and if you dont trust him, first it hurts, second he doesnt trust you back.

Just trust him. that's what we need in love. probably you think you are not trustworthy enaugh, so it's hard for you to trust someone. or you been dissapointed too often. but id you really love him, learn to trust him.
