If the dog didn't break the skin, you should be fine. If you really feel nervous about it, seek a physician. They'll be able to tell you quick if you need a rabies shot and if the dog needs to be put down.

Did the bit break the skin? If not you are probably OK but I would still call the doctor just to make sure. Do you know where the dog is? You might need that information. Even if all is well with you the "Dog pound" needs to be notified that this particular dog bit you and does not have its shots.

Are you talking about a puppy? Sounds like it if it hasn't had its shots yet. No, you don't have to worry, no skin broken, then you haven't been bitten at all. The rabies problem is mainly with wild animals, not domestic animals these days.

No you don't. If there was no puntcure of the skin, you're ok. Getting checked would be like a virgin taking a pregnancy test because a boy kissed her.

no i do not think so because only if it had bit you hard and the would was deep would the you get diseased ......... but if you are very nervous i think you better go to a doctor but i am pretty sure nothing will happen.

If he didn't break the skin at all (even a scratch) then you should be ok. If you are nervous, I would then see my dr so I have safe of mind.
