Interesting enough, it's actually a small tear in your lung. It happens often, and it's nothing to worry about. The reason it last's only about 5 seconds is because that's how long it takes for your body to repair it. Isin't that amazing!

It could be many things. Better get it checked by a doctor because it could be warning signs of heart problems. Could also be a lung infection. If you smoke, it could be signs of something worse.
