I don't feel that I need to prove my existence and I'm not nearly as powerful as God is!

The world is a big place and I live in Kansas City. I'm not sure where the people reading this question and answer tree live, but it's pretty darned likely that I have never met any of them. Do you believe that I exist? Is this posting "proof" that I exist? Could it be faked? Sure.

God has sent us messasges through prophets. God has worked miracles. God has spoken to many of us. God has answered our prayers and still people say "there is no proof" -- why is that, I ask. Why is that.

You obviously have not looked for anything that would prove God's existence. If you had, you would not ask such a question. In case you are interested there is small book called 301 Startling Proofs and Prophecies by Peter Lalond. You can get it at amazon.com for about $4. It would be a good investment. Let me know what you think after you read it.

Your question is an oxymoron and thus can't be answered. It also assumes an answer in and of itself. The question is irrational. In other words, if there is an all powerful god, then this god can prove its existence. Otherwise this god is not all powerful. The all powerful god that is not all powerful is not possible.

i'm sure if there is a god he has his reasons.
he's most likely not unable to prove his existence, he just feels it's unnecessary.

or he doesn't exist.

or he exists in a form other than what chiristians believe and is shaking his head going "oh no".

who knows.

i think there is no god, he showed himself enough back in the day, so why not now? i wanna see a great big column shielding me from some egyptians. or his answering Ezekiel by lighting his bull on fire.

eh, but i bet he won't listen to me either even if i did believe. lol.

He caused an earth wide flood. He could have just made them stop reproducing. He wanted something we would never forget.
It is in every ancient writing of an earth wide flood.
Parted the sea, destroyed sodom and gamora.
The fact the earth is just the right size to exist, the moon is just the right size to sustain life. Just the right place in the string of planets. The right distance from the sun.
Jesus raised the dead, healed the sick, and was resurrected himselrf. Shown himself to others.
Hell, man what do you want. Wait until he destroys the wicked again. There will be your proof. Be careful what you ask for you just might get it.

Unable to prove his own existence, :) you are funny. Look all around you. God shows his existence in many ways, he gives prophecies and other gifts. He heals people my mother was cured of M.E. by God, One of my fathers best friends was healed of a brain condition, his doctor actually said it MUST have been a miracle.
Oh and by the way I saw your other questions the one where you said everyone who believes god is too stupid to understand science. I'm just sorry it was already closed when I saw it.

He has proved His existence. Whether you choose to believe is up to you. You must have faith that He is the one true God.
An all powerful God has wisdom beyond what you think you have figured out. Educate yourself on what Jesus and his disciples have to say on the subject and maybe you'll be convinced.
Or settle for eternal hellfire and damnation ...go 'head, take a chance.

do the homeworks,...
ponder the questions harder....
discuss with the experts more...

God
if it is a form of existence
then it is not permanent,
meaning there is the beginning and the end.

With only limited time on this earth,
why bother proving the existence of god?
All that human has to care about, however,
is the existence of 4 Noble Truth.
And choose his path to the end of suffering.

look around you you'll find the proofs, besides, the idea of his existence is true and it's unable to discussion, but the idea of where is he or what is he like, it's something your and our mind is too weak and small to imagine it or picture it or even think about, you might think if there's a god created all the world, then where did it come from, and if we have a god, does he have a god? those kind of questions will drive you mad at the end, and like i said the idea of his existence is definite,

hope i convinced you...

well, it may be argued that in actual fact he does prove his exsistance all the time but people choose not to believe it. For example, this one guy believed he was died- and people tried to convince him that he really wasnt! One day a guy walked up to him and stuck a needle in his arm and went "SEE! you BLEED! Dead people don't bleed!" and the guy who thought he was dead looked at his arm in amazement and went "I'm dead and I bleed!"...no one could convince him otherwise. In short, if you're out to be an atheist, no matter what people do, you will always believe what you believe. If you didn't believe you were right, you wouldn't have that opinion! The world is enough proof I'd think.
