MS Word is part of the MS Office suite. You can purchase either the entire suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) or just Word itself, depending on what applications you plan on using. Expect to spend about $90 for Word 2003 alone and anywhere from $110-$190 for the entire suite (the prices vary based on what version you have; e.g. Professional, Standard, Small Business, etc.). Once you get it, just load it the standard way.
Hope that helps.

Install microsoft office or works. Or if money is the issue, you can load Open office a free word processor and much more for free from www.Openoffice.org. Good luck.
