assuming you're something of a Brit like me, In America they do actually have at least one Franchise type place called IHOP ( International House of Pancakes) . I must admit driving past all these IHOPs when we've been on holiday I didn't realise what they were until my boyfriend told me. as we don't eat pancakes the way the Americans do, is probably why it hasn't taken off over here in the UK.

What about iHop? I guess people like them, but I think that you should also think about how pancakes take a while to eat and are messy and sticky with syrup. Why not a fast food coffee house?

I like the older slow ones where we all have time to talk and socialize, take our time eating, more like Green Fried Tomatoes.

we have one, its called IHOP, international house of pancakes, but of course we would love to have another one, put it next to a bar and see what kind of business you get, of course you will have to deal with drunks...
