In most of countries caller identification is compulsory by law. Some mobile hackers use to crack IMEI no of cell phones. Such phones wont show any number identification.
Never answer such calls as your SIM card can be hacked by just receiving such calls. Hacker will use talk time and you will end up paying.
Similarly if some says that he is from service provider ans asks you to press #9 or *#9 or something like this. Never do this and immediately disconnect.
Otherwise your cell can be hacked.

Dont change your number yet, next time he rings, answer the phone, dont say anything and leave it in an empty room, he'll get tired of listening to silence and stop ringing. If he keeps it up though, then maybe you should get a new number.

Wait a week or two. If it continues after that, get a new number.

Get some kind of horrible noise maker that is really shrill and painful to the ears.....and when he calls.....let it rip!

That'll stop him.
