ok there are two rooms a room with light switchs and a room with light bolbs! ok now you have to figure out which light switch goes to which light bolb but you cant go back and forth from the rooms once you leave the light switch room you cant go back in to it so try to figure out which light switch goes to which light bolb??? it is possible just so you know!

flip one switch, leave it on for 5 minutes, then turn it off and turn on the second switch. Go to the bulb. If this bulb is off but hot it is switch one, the bulb is on it is switch 2 and if it is off and cold it is switch 3.

open the door which rooom you are in and switch on the light. Can;t be that difficult. Make sure you have a stick so that you can open the dark room with the light bulbs. Make sure your uncle built it to your specifications so that the rooms are at an angle.

make sure both doors are open (or you can look under the door)& are across from each other & turn on the first switch & have a look through the door if it's still dark then try the next switch until you see light

You did not mention how many switches or bulbs are there in each room...
I will assume there are 3 switches and one bulb as per the classical question.
Answer... Switch on the 1st switch and keep it on for 10 minutes. Switch is off and switch on the 2nd one and go in bulb room.
If bulb is hot... switch 1 is the correct switch... if bulb is cold and off... its the third switch... if its on its the second switch... cheers.

if ther is a window inbetween the rooms then you could look in. or just turn all the switches on so all the lights wil be on.
or get another person to stand in one room.

Assuming only two switches and two bulbs=turn light on, see which bulb is lit, and remember which switch you used.
