I just wonder if he still tries to be around me etc..or is it just some people personality to be this way or does he still care for me? He is 12 years old.

he's 12!!! He's just a baby, he doesn't know what he wants...obviously you're not much older.
No he doesn't care, he cares about video games and his teddy bears and playing outside with his friends.

if your boyfriend is 12 how old are you.But of you are kids, that is why you thought the other way round.
