If your dogs bark all the damn time, cut a piece of hosepipe , and stick it up the offending dog's exhaust pipe.
The dog then has no backpressure to activate it's vocal cords, and only wfffffffff !!!...sounds come from the mouth, and uffffff.... uuuuuuffffffff !!..sounds emit from the rear.When there are signs of trouble, simply pull out the housepipe temporily.
My neighbour is not very well off financially, and cannot afford a dog, so he walks around his yard every hour and barks himself...
