I am alone,but i like it.
Be nice to the people around you ,at work ,school or where ever,and maybe you can make a frend.
Frendship however is a bit like love ,you have to give to recieve.Be there for some body and they will (hopefully) be there for you.
I have a few frends but they know to leave me alone when i want my own space/time.
Maybe you could go to a local Church ,you will learn about God & Jesus and meet some other singles.

Well, is there someone you know who is about your age and is of the opposite sex (presuming you're straight)? Then, try and talk to them more frequently. Share general opinions in worldly happenings and meet up and do some entertainign things together (like....bowling or something else). Surely they'll like you for wanting to talk to them and to be you friend. Hope it goes well
