The guy I have fallen for loves football, but it is not like he live his life now sticking in front of the TV. Is is OK to tell him that I like him now while the world cup "season" is still on? Or should I wait for after the cup is over? .. please include why... ;p

definitely after world cup. if he's the type who's truly devoted to the games, there's no point telling him now becuz he'd be too occupied to think. then again, at the moment, there's only 3 games a day which are back to back... the rest of the day, he should be free. unless he hooks up with buddies and talk about it for the rest of the time. if so, dont tell him just yet... cuz he might not enjoy the pressure of having to think of something else (that could be equally important) when he needs to worry about the games. im a die hard football fan... if someone told me something when im watching a portugal match, i'm pretty sure i wouldnt budge. (or i'd get pissed becuz they took my mind off the game by making me think of something else)

It's just soccer, tell him. I'm a big Penn State football fan and I know if a girl was trying to tell me something, I'd at least give her time to say it. Just don't do it when he's watching a really intense game or something like that.

2 ways u can look at this. tell him now, if he loves football more than the love of a woman then summin is seriously wrong, or u can wait till his team goes out/wins the tournament, that way u can cheer him up/add to the joy.

I would find out which team is his fav., then see if that team wins. If the team your man is rooting for loses, I'd wait till there is a time when your man is happier.
