Since messengers are banned on your campus, why are you trying so hard to install another messenger on the school computers... Can't you wait till you get home and do that or are you that impatient to talk with your friends... then you have the problem that your friends now have to download that program too in order to stay in touch, thus you create more hassle trying to download another program, and simply do your "chatting" at home...

try Triton AOL messenger, it's pretty good, has a home page, e-mail, web search, etc.
