He still calls or shows up now and then(I dont have sex with him).I do really love him still and seeing him just reminds of that.I tell him to leave or hang up the phone but he waits a little while and then does it again.We were togethet for 2 years but broke up 5 months ago,I know that he loved me but he is the one that broke up with me and I dont know what to do?

If you find a solution let me know. My soul mate and i broke up 8 months ago and we still can't get over each other. We're miserable without each other, still in love, text every day, see each other, kiss, hug, but no sex. He's trying to do the "right thing" and get back with someone he doesn't want to be near just bcoz they have a little boy. I have no solution for you sorry.

regardless of your emotions, he is committing a crime by contacting you again. there can be an array of different reasons that he is still contacting you. financial, gratification or otherwise. if he dumped you, he is not worth the time. these things only get worse. contact an advocacy program. harassment like he is doing leads to stalking and then, the worst. get help immediately. don't threaten him or do anything to intimidate him. he needs to be stopped b4 it gets out of hand. even though you love, him, you need to realize that more important to you than him should be yourself. your safety may be at risk. good luck.

When two couples break up and see each other, they are automatically compelled to see only the good times with the other person. This usually leads to the desire to get back together. Try to remember all the bad times, and times that he made you feel miserable, compare to the good times, (be honest with yourself) and check the results.

i had this same problem and for years i kept taking him back. he would still be ringing me if i hadn't told him i was finished with him . don't answer the phone go and mix with other people. keep busy doing things you enjoy doing .write letters to him telling him it's over and why....just don't send them to him
