yes i clearly had 2 dreams of past lives. one i was a staff sergeant in the Korean war. and as i came into a clearing i was shot in the left arm tore it off completely. i have a scar there now, birthmark. another recurring dream was as a medicine chieftain in whats now s.Dakota as we traveled up to Canada i was set off on my own to a cave to reflect on my life. and pass away to the next. i lived 5 days and i saw my body lying in bear skins as i floated up. both of these i had from 3 til 5 yrs old and told my mom of them both.
i have also past life regressed my friends, its cool. with a close friend near you to waken or calm you. meditate, low light surrounding yourself. then think of a long hall see it in your minds eye. with a bright light at the end. when you get there, to the light. (its dif amount of steps for everyone) walk down 21 steps you will come to a door. do nothing more but study this door and tell me what you see when you do. success, take care

Hi, I'm a certified hypnotherapist. During training we practiced on one another in class with the teacher overseeing. So there were many past lives explored during that time. Occasionally, during meditation more information with be retreived. I don't spend a lot of time and effort peering into past lives unless it's for healing purposes. We find the some illnesses and problems carry over from lifetime to lifetime until they are healed properly.

Haha...I just answered a similar question.
Well, if you're interested in reading, try this book, "Many Lives, Many Masters: The True Story of a Prominent Psychiatrist, His Young Patient, and the Past-Life Therapy That Changed Both Their Lives" by Brian L. Weiss. It's true story and you can check out his website http://www.brianweiss.com/
As for meditation, there are many teaching classes and books/materials out there. I would say getting the right help is important.

Ever since I was a kid I've always had a very strong connection with Vietnam vets, the US Army and an uncanny knowledge of combat. As a teen I use to run into Vets and could carry on conversations with them about their experiences in Vietnam as if I was there. They'd even tell me I sounded like I had been their before.
I joined the Army at 18 and felt at home. When I was going through the NCO academy and we'd do combat manuevers I always requested to be Point. I tracked our enemy through the Black Forests in Germany over 5 miles through sound. My instructor SFC Rainfield (the highest decorated NCO in the US Army at the time) told me he wished he had guys like me during Vietnam. I had even found 5 lost teammates in the Black Forest at night.
To this day I know that my past life must have been that of a Vietnam vet and I tend to look over books and stories to see if I find the connection.

I have had such experiences. There are many things we do not understand, yet modern psycology, spiritual studies, etc. have shown us that this is a natural, healthy part of our spirit being. It is how we use it, and what source of power we draw upon, that determines what we do in these states of altered consciousness. This can be a good experience, or a bad one.

Yeah I had my very first past life recall not too long ago, about a month ago. I wrote about it on my 360 blog:
