Hi,

I've been praying alot about decisions I need to make in my life. Ive specifically asked God for dreams at night but nothing,

God seems to be silent when i need him most. what does this mean; stay where i am???

also; how do you know what God is telling you to do?

Thanks

Relax and do the best you can. Listen to what is happening around you. If everything you try gets blocked, He may be showing you that you are going the wrong way. Try another way or a different choice. God doesn't want to decide everything for you, but that which is His will, if you are asking, he will guide you.

About the decision part, I've found that personally, from my experience, God wants you to pray, based on your question, about the ultimate possibility, that no matter what you do, that the best outcome for that decision or situation happens. Then, everything will be alright, you'll see.

And God also stresses, as I am a hard headed guy, that you must have patience throughout life.

God doesn't always answer right away. When he does, you must be ready to listen, or his conversation with you will pass you by.

Read the bible completely chapter by chapter and verse by verse, and you'll understand. ***God does not give you what you don't need.***

I am no expert but I would say you are trying to direct God rather then let Him direct you. I do know the few times God has spoke to me that it was a very quiet voice and that you must discern that it is indeed his voice. Sometimes you have to wait for Him. Be still He says and know that I am here. Some people have a prayer closet. Fasting might also help. Maybe you already know the answer or must make the choice yourself.

His direction to me was quiet frank.

These are only suggestions and not intended to be absolutes. Only you can know what is appropriate since we don’t have all the details.

You can pray as much as you want but the only way anything will happen is when you take charge of your life and make the decisions. You are the one that has to do it. God will not do it for you.

ok God hears your prayers at first.
if you keep asking for the same thing God will understand and will consider it. wen God feels you are ready he will answer. its not always by signs you will just know.

God bless you adn keep praying because the day you stop praying is the day you die (not physically but spiritually) also ask a priest and remember to go to Church every Sunday or then it is a mortal sin. Another thing is you can ask a religion teacher. the information i gave you was from him!

God Bless you again!! good luck!

God will show you in His own time. And it probably will not be a dream. You open yourself up to deception by asking for a dream. How do you know it is from God.

You just need to keep praying but dont forget to keep your eyes open for the oppertunity. That is how you prayers will be answered. An oppertunity will present itself, you need to reconise it when it does.

Your life is in Gods hands, trust Him.

God and your guardian Spirit's are always there for you. It takes some practice to heard or see the answers of your prayers. Sometimes you need to make your own decisions, and ask for guidance through them [decisions]. Most of the time is it not up to them to tell you what to do, but to seek out in yourself, by your own deduction, what is the best route to take. They are there helping, but one must help themselves first.

He will most likely tell you in his word, the Bible. He wants us to seek him there.
I think if you are making choices, and you don't feel unrest after a decision, you are probably on the right path, such as job choices, etc.
