My boyfriend was on Redalin for about 8 years I was just wondering if this could cause any side affects to his mental health or just his health in general??

You mean Ritalin.

Adverse effects can include: Growth suppression, seizures, dependence, heart arrhythmia, nervousness, insomnia, abdominal pain, nausea, motor tics, headache, palpitations (you fell like your heart is beating really hard inside your chest), dizziness, blurred vision, tachycardia (racing heart beat).

Well, if he stopped taking Ritalin it should be possible to detoxify his body (visit alternative health websites) to minimize the risks.

In case he still has some symptoms of ADHD, he should experience a one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The effects are amazing!

Just - the therapy is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It's really worth it!

if your talking about ritalin i don't know the long term affects but its a good drug for add if you don't abuse it cause its addictive they say, i want to try it myself!

It is a Type of Stimulant. Any Drug can have Side Effects.

yes.... all meds have side effects.

it might make him worse if he uses this for more than 10 yrs.
