Not yet. I'm expecting it next weekend. I agree...call the police and file a noise complaint but use the direct # not 9-1-1.

Yes but it stopped abruptly when I took my supersoaker filled with the foulest perfume I could buy by the gallon and started my own little celebration.

i live in crown heights, brooklyn, NY where there happens to be a group of 8 and 10 year olds walking around taking care of a child in a stroller.... you tell me what you think but yes, they started that crap 2 weeks ago had me thinking i was in Iraq

Find out the noise ordinance in your area. Make sure that the police are aware of your problem. Make sure they issue a citation if they come out.

We had neighbours like that I set my rottweiilers on them and it appears to have cleared up the problem
