Jehovah's do not believe that Jesus and the Holy Ghost is God. They only believe that God the Father is God and they rewrote the Bible to fit that believe. That is their main difference with Christianity. They also believe that doing good deeds and keeping the law would advance them in eternity while Christianity believes you are saved by grace alone.

They believe in the teaching of Charles Taze Russell. They follow the information that is disseminated to them through the Watchtower society. (A group of men that wishes to remain anonymous dictating what is required of the individual to believe) Which is one of the reasons they are concidered a cult. Cult definition: a group of people centered around one man's interpretation of the Bible. (Walter Martin)

It's a split-off Christian religion - so the base of all is the bible, they just have their own interpretations.
