If the person giving you oral sex isn't the person you're dating, then yes...it's cheating. Cheating doesn't have to consist of intercourse to qualify it as infidelity.

Depends on your relationship, there is no right or wrong answer without knowing whether you have an open relationship or not. No-one has the right to judge whether you are right or wrong. The only way to answer your own question is to ask yourself how you would feel if the person that you were dating had oral sex at a party...would that be cheating on you? That will answer it for you I think

Yes, it is a an intimate moment shared with someone else, it is cheating. Plus oral sex can spread std's and may infect the person cheated on.

I am a very liberal person but I still think that is cheating. The question is, how do you you think your partner would think about it? Or, what if the situation was reversed and it was your partner getting the oral sex, would you feel as if they cheated on you?

Anytime your involved in a relationship with someone, any kind of sex is, even oral sex, that you may have with another person is considered cheating.

Yes, if you are dating someone, why would you want to cheat on that person? If you are devoted to that person and care for them then oral sex is cheating.
