There can be two reasons, depending on the how much time ago was it removed:
1. Can be because, if it was not long ago, your nervous terminals are still pretty sensible or the area is inflamed stimulating surrounding nervous terminals, which can cause the pain.
2. And most probable, is that you still have gallstones (If you had the surgery for that reason) that are making damage to the biliary duct.
Go to your doctor, and have him check that out!

I had pain for a year after my surgery, especially after greasy or spicy foods. Try to take notice of the foods you are eating and see if they trigger the pain.

This is concerning...how long ago was your surgery?..I would call my surgeon so they can re-exam you..if you are feeling worse and your pain is worse...with fatigue something is not right.

depends on how long ago you had the surgery.
Make an appointment to see your doctor about it.
could be a botched surgery, a problem with the bile duct, a liver problem, or one of may other things....see the doc.
