anyway getting back to the question.
god knows why women fake orgasms if your not getting satisfied by your partner then talk about it and get it right.
But i must say that a lot of men do just do there thing and then get off and are quite happy about this as they have themselves got what they wanted and don't care about satisfying there women.
Bu there are also a lot of guys out there that do care and will try anything to please there woman, so girls do try and find these guys as its well worth it in the end.

if a woman is not reaching an orgasm she has two options either fake it or explain that to the man, both options have the same result no orgasm in the future, unless she finds a new man....
