Why is it important to you?

2Tm:3:16: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

How can we say that one is "more important". In doing so we are neglecting parts of scripture. Study the entire bible or dont study it at all.

Rv:3:16: So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

One of my favorite sections of scripture, at this moment, is:

13: Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, the prophets say unto them, Ye shall not see the sword, neither shall ye have famine; but I will give you assured peace in this place.
14: Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.
15: Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, yet they say, Sword and famine shall not be in this land; By sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed.
16: And the people to whom they prophesy shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and the sword; and they shall have none to bury them, them, their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters: for I will pour their wickedness upon them.

I will probobly have a different favorite tommorow.

Bible says; "God is not a man... not the son of man.."

(Numbers 23:19) Other places contradicts this(?)
But this is the one I see important to me.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. That who so ever believeth in him should not parish but have ever lasting life.
I think that says it all. All you have to do is believe everything else fallows.

John 3:16

If all we had from Bible was this one verse we could still be Christians. This is what our faith is based on.

Jesus answered this question and I agree with him; "Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?"

Matthew 22:37 He said to him: "'You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.'

This should be also the favorite Scripture of many. If we can do this, we can be faithful.

This one cuz it appears that everybody zooms right by it:

""Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, "I know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him."
-1 John 2:3-4-
