we have tried different food but it happens no matter what we feed her, apart from bread. She also gets really scared after she has thrown up and tries to run away.

You definitely need to take your dog to the vet ASAP. It sounds like she may have an intestinal blockage that needs to be removed. It will prevent any food from passing through the digestive track, since the food cannot pass through it comes back up. If this is the problem, it is very serious and can be fatal. Dogs are notorious for swallowing things they shouldn't! We have removed socks, pacifiers, sticks, rocks, toys, plastic, whole chickens, cell phones, etc from all different breeds of dogs.
Also, it's not a good idea to feed her bread. They cannot digest bread easily and it could be whats blocking her intestines.

Your dog needs to see a vet. Vomiting is a very common clinical presentation and has many causes. But vomiting after eating indicates most likely a primary GIT problem like obstruction, pancreatitis, stricture perhaps neoplasia.
Go to a vet, sooner than later!

I don't think anyone can give you the right answer as to what is wrong with your dog. I strongly urge you not to take any chances and get your dog to an emergency vet/hospital ASAP! I wouldn't be waiting around any longer in case it's fatal.

Dogs also have sensitive stomachs. You have to change their food over time. Sudden changes in diet can make them sick. It normally takes me a week to change from one brand to another. Start with 90% of the old brand and 10% of the new brand. Over a week's time slowly decrease old brand and increase the new brand.

there is deffinately a problem. Could be worms in her stomach or maybe something more serious. Take a look at it's duty to see if there are visable worms in it. In any case take it to the vet before it gets malnutrition and dies.

Call the vet and talk to the nurse. She should be able to advise you in the professional way that your pet needs.

You are wise to worry.
She really needs a trip to the vet's. It could be one of so many maladies, that it is too dangerous to guess.
